Partners remain independent and cannot bind Joony, promise unfinished features, collect Joony customer money or claim ownership of customers or territories.
Not always. Credible independent professionals may apply where local rules allow. Every approved partner must complete identity, bank, tax and compliance checks appropriate to the role.
Approval is by product lane. We start partners with the products they can represent accurately, then expand certification when performance and product knowledge are proven.

No. Only Joony approves pricing and product commitments, signs customer contracts, invoices customers and collects Joony subscription payments during the pilot.
No. Pilot appointments are non-exclusive and do not grant reseller rights. Reseller arrangements may be considered later under a separate agreement after strong commercial and service performance.
No. Joining does not grant or promise shares, options, ownership or any other award. Joony may separately consider exceptional long-term contributors for a board-approved incentive, but no entitlement exists without a separate signed award.
