Website privacy policy

Clear choices about website data.

This policy explains how Joony Technologies Pte. Ltd. handles information when you visit a Joony marketing website, contact our product team or interact with a public product page that links here. It was last updated on 23 July 2026.

01

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Joony Technologies corporate and product marketing websites that link to this page. It does not replace product-specific privacy notices that may apply when a customer or authorised user signs in to a Joony product.

Joony Technologies Pte. Ltd. is responsible for the website practices described here. Our teams operate from Singapore and Phnom Penh and support customers in multiple markets.

02

Information you choose to give us

When you submit a product enquiry, we receive the details shown in the form, which may include your name, company, work email, phone number, country, product interest, business type, the source website and the page where the enquiry was submitted.

We use this information to respond, identify the relevant Joony product, understand your requirements and maintain an operational record of the conversation. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial or health information through a marketing enquiry form.

03

Consent-gated website analytics

Google Analytics stays off until you select “Allow analytics” in our privacy control. If you agree, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers, including cookies commonly named _ga and _ga_<container-id>, to distinguish visits and produce aggregated website reports.

We measure page paths and page views, successful enquiry events, product or contact CTA interactions, app-store selections and trial-start or signup events where available. Referrer URLs are reduced to their origin and path before measurement. Google Analytics may also process a consented browser identifier, device and browser information, and approximate geographic information derived from the connection. Contact-channel events contain only the channel type, source site and page path—not the destination phone number, email address, WhatsApp link or its visible text.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, business descriptions, free-form enquiry details and other form values are not sent to Google Analytics. A successful enquiry produces a lead event containing only limited categories such as the Joony site, selected product and page path.

  • Analytics does not load before consent
  • Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled
  • Page locations are limited to the site origin and path
  • Analytics is disabled on authenticated and private application routes
04

Enquiry delivery and service providers

Enquiries are sent through Joony’s enquiry service so the product team can receive and respond to them. Enquiry notifications may be routed to authorised team channels using Telegram and email. Those providers process the information needed to deliver the notification under their own service terms and security practices.

If you choose WhatsApp, email, a telephone link, an app store or another external channel, that provider will handle your interaction under its own privacy terms. Google provides our consent-gated website analytics service.

05

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or security requirements. Retention may vary with the nature of the enquiry and relationship.

Analytics data retention is controlled through the relevant Google Analytics property settings. Aggregated or de-identified reporting may be kept for longer where it no longer identifies an individual.

06

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls intended to protect website and enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Joony operates regionally and uses service providers that may process information in Singapore, Cambodia or other countries. Privacy and data-protection rules can differ between those locations.

07

Your choices and questions

You may decline analytics when first asked or reopen “Privacy choices” at any time to change your selection. Browser controls can also remove first-party cookies. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection from that browser but does not automatically delete reporting already created.

To ask about this policy, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact Joony Technologies at tech@joony.tech. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to your situation.

We may update this policy as our websites, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version and update date will remain on this page.
